Automate App Store Releases with Claude, Cursor, or Codex

Connect Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex to HyperRelease via MCP so your agent drafts iOS and Android store copy and tracks release readiness.

Copy-pasting release notes into App Store Connect and Google Play is exactly the kind of repetitive work AI agents handle well — when they can reach a reliable API.

HyperRelease exposes a hosted MCP server and REST API. Your agent creates the release, fills whatsNew and androidReleaseNotes per locale, and updates platform status. You review in the console, then HyperRelease propagates listing copy to both stores.

Setup in three steps

  1. Create a HyperRelease team API token (hr_live_...) under Settings → Team → API access
  2. Install the skill: npx skills add Wild-Incubator/hyperrelease-agent
  3. Add the MCP server to Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex with your bearer token

Example agent workflow

Ask your agent to create version 2.4.0, draft English and French store copy for iOS and Android, and mark both platforms ready. When you publish, connected stores receive the localized fields through HyperRelease store propagation.

Not a build pipeline

HyperRelease does not replace Xcode Cloud, Fastlane, or your CI. It coordinates release content and store publication after the binary is ready.

In summary

Claude, Cursor, and Codex become your release prep layer. HyperRelease remains the system of record and the autopilot for both mobile stores.
